11. Partner whiteboard videos

I’ve learned that the sales team sometimes gets caught on questions about our partners. Once we achieve the ability to make our version of a whiteboard video, we could also this technique to create videos about our partners, or about particular features of our software. It’s critical—as you imagine these videos—to note that these videos are meant to be educational and to convey the complex ecosystem within which MINDBODY functions, rather than to think of them as marketing or sizzle reels. The problems at this phase of the Consumer Lifecycle are likely to be 1) understanding what MINDBODY can do for them if they’re not on our software, and 2) understanding what our partners and added features can do for them if they are on the software. Educational whiteboard videos could potentially help resolve both problems.
