A final note on data

While creating the educational curriculum, it’s invaluable and absolutely necessary to set our own KPIs and track clicks, scrolls, time-on-page, time-on-video, and other usage statistics. By tracking data and collecting feedback we can create something that the community will be eager to engage with. Once we foster that engagement, we can encourage the wellness subscriber or prospect community to contribute to this community—their community—by creating content that will live in our educational curriculum. We want to be Facebook or LinkedIn or Wikipedia of the wellness industry. We want to be where the community connects and shows their support for each other while showing off and sharing their innovation. We want to—in the long run—facilitate a crowd-sourced and continuously-improving guide to running a wellness business that incorporates MINDBODY software.
